What is Visibilitea?
Visibilitea helps business owners and agencies find out whether AI recommends them or their competitors. Start with a free three-question check. What does an assessment include?
The current baseline uses 45 questions, three repeats and five platform API configurations: up to 675 responses. Missing responses are disclosed. The online report preserves the returned answers and distinguishes questions using the business name from service-discovery questions.
What does AI visibility assessment cost?
US$99 per domain per month for agencies and business owners. One assessment is included per billing month, beginning with a baseline. Extra assessments cost US$99. Cancel before renewal to stop future charges. There is no volume-price tier. A 30-day refund applies; see the terms for full details.
How does the system fit an agency?
A consistent assessment and reporting process can be applied to each client domain. The same question set supports later comparisons for that domain, and the answer record makes client conversations specific. Each domain has its own subscription and evidence.
What if I am a business owner who is new to AI?
Start with the free check; no AI experience is needed. Reporting + DIY includes a guide, worksheet and prompts to work through the recommendations with your AI assistant or web specialist. If you want the changes handled, book with our team to discuss separately quoted implementation.
Does a mention mean a recommendation or a customer?
A business name in an answer is a recorded mention. Its context determines whether it is a recommendation, an alternative or something else. Enquiries and sales require separate evidence; they cannot be inferred from a mention count.
Are these the answers every AI user sees?
No. Assessments record API answers in specified configurations. Consumer interfaces, personalisation, search settings, location and model changes can produce different answers. Google AI Overviews are outside this assessment.
How often is visibility assessed?
The subscription includes one assessment each billing month. The baseline establishes the question set and later assessments repeat it. An optional extra assessment costs US$99. More observations can inform a comparison; they do not establish what caused a change.
Can Visibilitea guarantee AI recommendations?
No. The system supplies measurements, recommendations and comparisons. It does not guarantee placements, rankings, leads or sales. Website editing is outside the US$99 reporting subscription and can be arranged through a separately quoted implementation enquiry.
What does the DeGroot story show?
For the exact question “best custom home builders in West Kelowna,” recorded ChatGPT API answers named DeGroot in 0 of 3 repeats on August 27 and 3 of 3 on September 15, 2026. DeGroot was among the first three names in one September 15 answer. This is a dated observation from small samples, not a universal ranking or proof of which change caused it. Which levers improve AI citations?
A useful starting point is checking the actual answer sources, accurate service and location information, and access to relevant public pages. An observed association is not a demonstrated cause. Our evidence-led findings series distinguishes measured patterns, candidate explanations and untested recommendations; it does not label an individual edit a proven lever without supporting evidence.
What if an AI answer gets a business fact wrong?
Preserve the exact answer, question, platform and date. Compare the statement with authoritative business information and any cited source. A focused investigation can identify the discrepancy, while a later assessment can record whether the answer changed. That sequence alone does not prove causation.
