1. What Visibilitea is

Visibilitea (visibilitea.net; formerly Citation Checks) provides paid AI visibility reports using recorded API responses from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Grok. Reports show whether a business is named, the alternatives named and recommendations to review. Reports are generated automatically. The subscription covers assessment, recommendations and comparison; website editing and managed SEO services are outside its scope. API responses can differ from consumer interfaces and do not measure Google AI Overviews.

2. Use of the check

• Where a free check is offered, it is subject to reasonable rate limits (one check per email per 7 days by default, and a global daily capacity). A free check is a limited snapshot, not the full paid assessment.
• You may only run checks against businesses you own, operate, or represent, or that are publicly visible on the open web.
• Automated submissions, scraping, and abuse of the check endpoint are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to decline, delay, or throttle any submission at our discretion.

3. Accuracy and disclaimers

LLM outputs are non-deterministic: the wording of an answer, and the sources behind it, vary between runs. Whether a particular business is named is considerably more stable than the wording, which is why we sample repeatedly and publish a confidence range rather than a single observation — see our methodology page. Your result remains a point-in-time measurement, not a guarantee of what any AI platform will say next hour, next week, or to any particular user. We make no representations that a specific result will be reproducible.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or complete. Citation Checks is provided "as is" and "as available."

4. Subscriptions, extra assessments and refunds

The standard plan costs US$99 per domain per month, billed at order and renewed monthly until cancelled. The first assessment establishes the baseline; the plan includes one assessment per billing month. Extra assessments cost US$99 and do not replace the scheduled monthly assessment. The public price is the same for businesses and agencies. Existing subscriptions and agreed prices keep their applicable terms.

Cancel anytime before your next renewal to stop future charges. Use the subscription-management link in your email, or email hello@citationchecks.com for cancellation. Reports are delivered online, with an email when ready. Provider delays can extend processing; we do not guarantee a delivery time.

Every report carries a simple 30-day refund policy, and it is unconditional: if you are not satisfied with the report for any reason, ask within 30 days and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify the request, and we do not require the report to have met any particular threshold. We deliberately make no promise that acting on the report will improve your visibility on any AI platform — our methodology page explains why nobody can honestly promise that.

5. Emails

When you submit a check we send the status and results emails you requested. New free checks do not automatically enrol you in marketing emails. If you separately opt in, you can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by replying to any email from us. Transactional emails (delivering results you requested) are exempt.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visibilitea' total liability arising out of or related to your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or, if no payment was made, to $100.

7. Implementation requests

Implementation is separate from the report subscription. A meeting request is not a booked appointment or a purchase. With your permission we may introduce you to Leadbrew, an independent implementation provider. We may receive a fee for the referral. The provider confirms scope, price, timing and applicable service terms with you before work or payment. No particular AI placement or number of customers is guaranteed.
